Shipping policy

We ship priority so you should receive your order in 2-4 days & you will receive a tracking number for USPS. If you place an order before 3PM then your order will go out the same day.

Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. If there is an issue with your order please contact us the same exact day you received your order so we can resolve the mishap as soon as humanly possible! No refunds on shipping costs.

**Please contact USPS if you have not received your shipment. All orders are provided with a USPS tracking number. We are not responsible for USPS shipping.

Unfortunately, we have no control over shipment once a package departs from one of our stores. If there are any issues with delivery for reasons out of our control (address provided to us is not accurate, issues within the shipping company, etc.) we are not responsible for shipping delays. We are not responsible for errors made by the shipping carrier, such as delayed items or lost packages.  

**WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PACKAGES LOST IN TRANSIT. IF YOUR PACKAGE IS LOST IN TRANSIT YOU WILL NEED TO FILE A CLAIM WITH THE POST OFFICE.

If products are marked as delivered, you will need to contact USPS. Issues like this are beyond our control once the package leaves our store.
