• No refunds. WE OFFER REFUNDS IN THE FORM OF A STORE CREDIT ONLY WITHIN 7 DAYS OF PURCHASE. ITEMS MUST BE UNWORN, UNWASHED, AND WITH ORIGINAL TAGS AND RECEIPT TO RECEIVE STORE CREDIT!
• Breazy's HAS NO LIABILITY FOR DAMAGE OR SHRINKAGE DURING WASHING LAUNDERING PROCESSES.
• Because we sometimes sell out of hot items fairly quick we cannot offer exchanges but we will get your store credit issued as soon as possible so you can hop back on our website & purchase the size you need if still available. Breazysboutique.com

All jewelry & purses are a FINAL SALE. We do not have a warranty on these items. We do not offer jewelry/purse repairs. If an item was damaged during shipping, please contact immediately upon receiving. NO LATER THAN 3 DAYS. We do NOT repair or replace jewelry/purses that have been worn/used, damaged or broken during/after usage.
• If we receive the items appearing to have been worn, washed, with deodorant or make up on them or smell of cigarette smoke then the items will be sent back to you at your cost. Tags MUST be attached as well!
• Returns must be postmarked back in the mail 7 days from receiving the item. Sorry we hope you can understand we are a small boutique and inventory and restocking are very important.
**WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PACKAGES LOST IN TRANSIT. IF YOUR PACKAGE IS LOST IN TRANSIT YOU WILL NEED TO FILE A CLAIM WITH THE POST OFFICE. Once a package leaves one of our locations, it is beyond our control.
If products are marked as delivered, you will need to contact the carrier regarding your package. We use USPS.
